What speed are the ports set to? They should be 115,200, no parity, rts/cts
flow control, and modem control enabled. Are you doing this from telnet or
the PMConsole? If PMC, then telnet in and type "sho all". This will show you
port speed. If you have the above settings it should be fine, a call to the
telco would be my next move!

Also, has the computer with the 33.6 been reset to recognize the new modem?
