You've given me assistance once before in explaining how to use the
'set location' tables to set up a frame connection, but I still find myself
having problems dealing with a frame network.
Currently, using an example from John Storms where an IRX114 has the S3
(frm3) port set to address 192.168.1.1 and an office router W1 (frmw1)
port set to 192.168.1.2 - both with netmasks of 255.255.255.0 - I can only
get traffic to route in one direction (according to Pac Bell who checked
the circuit and said IP traffic was only going one way...and thus I had a
router problem rather than a circuit problem).
Basically the only clue I have is that the IRX-114 can inverse arp the
correct DLCI and address from the OR-HS, but the OR-HS only shows the
correct DLCI. The IP address it associates with the port is 0.0.0.0.
I've used the debug 0x51 and can't see anything amiss with LMI. Any clues?
