RADIUS 2.0 released for Solaris/X86 2.5

There's also a new release of RADIUS 2.0 for Linux 1.2.13 (ELF) available on
ftp://ftp.livingston.com/pub/le/software/linux/radius_2.0_Linux.tar
that should help users with the clcache.lock.pag error message. Linux
systems with shadow passwords will need to wait for source, but stay
tuned for a message on that topic...
