PM OR-M routing problems

have a connection to my ISP with a Portmaster Office Router OR-M =
configured for load balance. I have a class C IP for my network. I =
requested another class C for my network from my ISP. The problem is =
that the machines in my network with the new class C IP can not be seen =
from the outside of the network. The ISP claims that he is routing the =
packets to my router, that it is my router the one that needs to be =
configured to route the packets to the new class C network.

I did configure the route table with the new class C but it is not =
working anyway.

Any suggestions?
