I cranked up DNews here.... Ya, it sucked. Sat its hairy arse in 26 megs
of memory too, and tried to saturate the CPU in my server (5x86/160)....
but it was a bit faster than just pulling it directly from my upstream.
What I have been told is that most providers will allow a DNews suck,
because it only sucks when a customer is viewing something, so its
basically a cache....
I couldn't see the great advantage, maybe I am missing something, but well,
it reeked and it sucked.
