/etc/remote entry for /ttyrf

I am a new portmaster I would like to start out simple.
I would like to add an entry to /etc/remote in SunOS 4.1x
so I can up tip etc. with the portmaster. The Livingston
Web site says I need jto do this, but I can find no examples.
Any have an example to share.
