RADUIS/WIN 95 dialin

Hello,
I have fixed my previous error, and now have another:
When I dial in via 95, the system returns "could not complete the
connection to the server". If I use the terminal window after dialing
in, I notice that it takes several (5-10) seconds to bring up a prompt,
but after that I can log in sucessfully.

Any ideas as to why there is a delay?
