Dropped connections on downloads

Microsoft recently released the beta of FP97. You don't actually download
it from them, but from some server at Connexion Inc. Internet Explorer is
downloaded the same way.

Anyhow, a number of users using Windows 95 DUN report that their
connection is dropping when they download FP97 or IE 3.0.

Is something on the Portmaster causing this? The problems are only when
downloading from the Connexion Inc site, not from anywhere else, as far as
I
know.
