1. The server would then violate the Draft RFC.
2. You'd have a delayed login as it waited for the first server to reply.
3. Not only would people who authenticate via #2 hit it, but any bad attempts
(typos, hacks, etc) would have to wait to fall over and then be NAK'd by #2.
You're trying to reinvent proxying - there are proxying servers out there
now, such as Merit's server. We haven't done it mostly because low demand
for it.
