We are using PM2's, with ComOs 3.3.2.
We generate reports that show us the usage per port on our PM's daily.
Ocassionally, I will log into the PM and a port will be marked idle.
However, when I check the modem that is connected to the port, their is an
established connection, and data is being sent/received. This seems to be
causing problems in our reports. ie. Making it seem that no one used that
port all day, etc.
Has anyone else ever experienced this problem?
