Two PM's (or two cards in a PM-2E), Two user files..

I was wondering if there was a way of:

1. Running two instances of Radius (1.16 or 2.0) on the same
machine, and making the two PMs (one -11, one -2ER) respond to the
same machine on different ports...

OR

2. making one instance of Radius pull out of two seperate user files
for the two different PMs...
