If they are dialin/out links then RADIUS accounting with have input and
output octects.
If they are hardwired, all you can do is 'show s#' and do the math on the

No. The PM's DNS setttings have nothing to do with the end user. You
can turn off DNS on the PM completely and the end user can still make DNS
requests on the DNS server (that's how I run my OR at home).
You need to configure the user's client to have a backup DNS in case the
primary goes down.
