2) In upgrading the modem software on the PM3, do you have to upgrade it
per modem, card, or system? In preparation for an upgrade and/or equipment
swap, is there a way to tell the processor to not route any additional
calls to a modem and/or card? Can you reload a certain card without
reloading the entire chassis? Are the modem cards hot-swappable?
