server on s ports?

Good Day,

Can we connect customers web servers to the PM30e via the s?? port and
throttle the bandwidth down by changing the port connection speed from
115200 to 57600?

I realize we can to this on our LAn but would then loose the ability to
throotle the bandwith back.
