I was so amazed when I heard the first time that 2400bps would not be
supported,
that I just thought this is one of those "error in communication"
things... And
I was so sure that it would be fixed pretty soon that I didnīt even
bother to
mention it. And I was right, itīs there now, and we should all be
happy. Right?
But what has amazed so much more, is, that there are people bitching
about
adding the 2400bps code to the product. Who are these guys that are so
wise
that can tell me what I want or dont want? One of the most stupid
arguments
Iīve seen in this thread is the one above, "are you a serious ISP, you
want
the ancient 2400bps?". Oh lord, do I (thats me) want the 2400bps? Hell
no.
Do I want to serve my customers? Sure, of course. At the moment we
have
several hapy 2400bps customers, and now when we are getting rid of those
analog lines, should I just tell those customers "please go away, we
donīt
want to serve you anymore"? These wiseguys seem to think so...
Hello people, earth calling... I want to use the fastest and neatest
things
there are, but I still donīt try to stop other people using what ever
they
want, or what is enough for them.
