Mac Users and Dialups

May not be the medium for this, but I'm experiencing troubles with my Mac
dialup customers. Seems they are constantly being disconnected for no
apparent reason. I have Mac users using Open Transport, FreePPP, MacPPP,
etc... They are all experiencing the same trubs, some more frequent than
others. Again, this is only my Mac customers.
Is anyone else experiencing these problems? BTW, I'm using Multitech rack
mount modems on my end, with a Livingston PM2e Remote Access unit.
All comments welcome...btw, already had 'em try "ATZ," doesn't help.
