Its really too early for any respectable RAS vendor to state (with a 100% guarantee) what their upgrade path to 56K will ultimately be. Livingston is no exception. We anticipate that we will be in a position to beta in the Feb/Mar time frame, but my crystal ball is a little cloudy predicting that one. IMHO, most of the cloudiness is due to the fact that USR/Lucent/Rockwell have **not** delivered 56K yet.
