IRX 114 Rebooting

I have an IRX-114, Comos 3.2.1R, that reboots itself periodically whenever a
user dials into port s0. On the users end, an NT 4.0 server box, configured as a
router, is dialing into s0. Both ends are POTS with USR courier modems.
Ports s1 and s3 are T1 frame-relay and ports s2 and s4 are 56k point-to-point
circuits.
Any suggestions?
