The image is corrupt and this unit isn't going to boot. Something didn't
work during the upgrade. I'll wager that this unit now needs to be netbooted
and reupgraded to recover.
You are using PMConsole for Windows 1.1, correct?

It's dead right now, you probably will be unable to reach it on ether until
it is netbooted.
