port identification numbers

Whenever you start up a new unconfigured portmaster, there are 4
port numbers that start up right away when you do a show netconnections.
They are ports(sockets): 67, 23, 1643, 520.
23 => is used for listening for telnet sessions.
1643 => is used for listening for pmconsole sessions.
What are 67 and 520 used for?
