I *don't* know what I am talking about, but I doubt that *only* 2.0 will
work. The only serious divergence that I am aware of between 1.16 and the
RADIUS draft was the problems related whether accounting packets should be
signed. I assume that if that is fixed in 1.16 it would work fine for a
pm3, though some fancy features would be missing (e.g. the menuing stuff).
I imagine that if RadiusNT doesn't work it will soon. The author is
active on the lists and seems to be on top of everything.
