Filter examples

I would like to set up a (some) filters on a remote PortMaster
that is connected to our corporate network.

Basically I want to block *all* access to a specific port on
a particular machine and a specific port on a whole range of
machines - for security reasons.

Does anyone have any quick-and-dirty examples of this?
