I think the only way to get 64K on a T1 DS0, regardless of the framing type,
is to have dedicated leased line service. If you want to have dial-up over
channelized T1, then you are restricted to 56K. It is my understanding that
T1 requires inband signaling and I don't believe there is any way to get out
of band signaling on a T1 (someone correct me if I'm wrong).

The PM3 supports ESF and D4. Again, I don't know of any way to get around
the bit-robbed signalling for dial-up over T1.
