Problem is obvious. You have the PM-3 set up for channelized T-1 vice
PRI. PM-3 does not support channelized T-1 at this time. Also, since
it is not set up for PRI you aren't going to get analog calls.
You need to get PRI service, its the proper service for what you need to
do (even if you have no interest in ISDN)
