we have some problems refer to combination of pm-3a-2e (2xpri) portmaster
from our side and cisco 2503 and ascend p50 router from the customer side.
I am looking for some info how to set up a cisco 2503 or ascend p50 to work
properly with pm-3a-2e due to needed callback from our custommers.
The problem is that e.g. the cisco does not call back and the portmaster
still have the outgoing connection (instead of incoming after callback).
The normal dial-in or dial-out connections function very good.
I've tried some different configuration of cisco/pm3 (2xpri)
but I did not find the solution for callback.
What setting am I missing from the pm3 side?
As far as I understood, I do not need any additional setting for the
portmaster due to a callback from custommer's cisco, do I ?
Do I need some special settings of the cisco's callback due to portmaster
pm3 (or cisco)?
Our settings (ppp/PAP) are:
--- pm3> show user testUsername: test Type: Dial-in Network User Address: 194.163.59.0 Netmask: 255.255.255.0 Protocol: PPP Options: Quiet, Compression MTU: 1500 Async Map: 00000000 Port Limit: 1 Idle Timeout: 88 seconds
------ pm3> show location testLocation: test Type: On Demand Destination: 194.163.59.0 Netmask: 255.255.255.0 Protocol: PPP Options: Quiet, Compression Group: 0 Max Ports: 1 Idle Timeout: 88 seconds High Mark: 0 bytes Mtu: 1500 Async Map: 00000000 Username: testxyz Password: testvwxyz Telephone: 04027092439
---thanks in advance for any info.

P.S. Do es somebody has information how to set up a "pm3/ascend-p50" pair to work together? The configurations I've tried did not work at all.
