I think that any sane person who looks at something like the PM3 specs
would say "what, you mean I only need *1* box to do *46* lines, and it
can do any sort of signalling I want, and it's all managed, and there's
even ISP pricing at 45% off!" would say "Where do I sign!" before they
say "What the hell is a PRI?" :-)

Going to the telco isn't necessarily a good idea. There's no point
asking Bell Canada for PRI service if you don't know the Bell-lingo
for it is "Megalink" -- it took us hours just to find someone there
who knew what a PRI was, but the moment you say "Megalink" everyone
knows what you're talking about, or at least enough to get you to sign
a contract. It's hopeless unless you can get to an engineer, which is
really difficult.

I don't think it is necessarily Livingston's responsibility to educate
the world about the technology, but it would be nice if _someone_ would
do it...
