Unable to telnet to Portmaster

OK, I'm sure it's something I've screwed up, but I can't seem to fix it
either.

I am unable to telnet into my router. I'm using a PM2eR. I recently
upgraded it by adding ports 20-29. My guess is that I screwed up
something in the config at the same time, but I can't figure out what.
Any hints?

Please respond to me directly as I have unsubscribed from the list due
to the high volume of messages. (I don't have the time to sort through
everything!)
