Yes, 4 and 5 should be up.

Probably because you have RIP on on the ether0 interface. do a 'set
ether0 rout off', that should help.

For reasons I haven't devined yet, the ComOS pings it's leased line
interfaces. Frame relay interfaces don't work for some reason.
