Assigning the same IP?? Why?

For some reason my portmaster is assigning the same IP to the users who
log on:

S0 jayppp pmc1.j51.com Netwrk In ESTABLISHED 8 0
S1 nyitppp pmc1.j51.com Netwrk In ESTABLISHED 17 0
S2 szmidppp pmc1.j51.com Netwrk In ESTABLISHED 7 1

Here's my global settings. Have I forgotten something in the config?
I have 2 other portmasters that are working fine, btw
