Do you want the PM-3 to call them back, or do you mean they call the PM-3 back?
This seems a bit confused in this email.

No. I guess you want the PM-3 to call the Cisco, and then the Cisco to
hang up and call back. So the onus is on the Cisco to hangup and dial the
PM-3 back. You indicate the PM-3 makes the outgoing dial ok - but now the
problem seems to be the Cisco isn't hanging up and dialing the PM-3.

This isn't ok. How can a user have an address of 194.163.59.0? The user
msut have a valid host address.

Same problem here. How can the far end have a .0 host IP?

Sorry, I don't have the info myself. But I do know this works as other
users have done it.
