Dial On Demand to Ascend Pipeline 25

I am trying to set up my first ISDN Dial On Demand connection. I could use
some help.

I have created a location and routing but when I do a traceroute to the
location the posrt goes into a connecting state but never connects.

What might I be doing wrong ?
Do I need a script if so does anyone know what it should be ?

The user can dial me and connect just fine but I cant dial him and connect yet.
Any tips appreciated
