Do any of you have any idea of how I can run a remote command accross a
network, but the command should run on the remote box rather than on the
local one.
I have got the PMDIAL stuff sorted with a telnet prog which has a macro, now
the only problem I have is running the thing accross an NT based network. At
the moment when I run the required program, the local PC (with win95) loads
the program then complains about not finding the host, this is because the
local box cannot and should not be able to reach the router, the
command/prog needs to run on the NT Box not the local PC.
I need a way of getting the program to run on the MAIN NT BOX accross the
net from a signle icon on the Workstations (Win95).
Do any you have any ideas ?
Do any of you have any programs/scripts which may help ?
