Well, I agree it is a simple concept, but that's about all that's
simple. The ComOS has been built from the ground up to do the dynamic IP
address pool for dialups. I'll leave it as a homework assignement :)
what that means about the difficulty of implementing a flag to disable
the dynamic pool operation.

Fortunately, you've probably read the other email that reports that
RADIUS can be hacked to get what you want.
