dialback p25 ----> pm2e

I have a p25 which I would like to dial a pm2e. I would like the pm2e to
know it is machine x. This can be done with dialback or anything else. And
then call machine x back. I have got the pm2e to call the p25 both with
dial and ondemand and it works great!!! I tried creating a user with
network dial back and pointed it at the loc file and it does work. If I
can in analog it work fine. I have the user and loc name the same is that
a problem? I also tried changing the user from dialback to network login
and it works fine if I change it back it does not work. Any ideas would be
helpful.
