You always put the remote DLCI in your router along with the remote port's
IP address. I usually enter it manually instead of letting it figure it
out.

Set w1 dlci ##:###.###.###.### is used to map things. Let's say you put
16:10.1.1.2 - this means all routes in your Portmaster that are routed to
10.1.1.2 will go out to DLCI 16. The other end would do the opposite,
let's say set w1 dlci 17:10.1.1.1 so all routes would go to dlci 17.
