Dial-up Lan to pm2er20

Excuse me if this sounds naive but can somebody tell me how to configure
the pm so that when a specific user dials-in, we route a small subnet to
his asynch port? We have a customer with two win95 machines and a linux
box on a thin net lan. He'd like to dialup and each of his machines have a
unique IP address. I'm assuming these addresses would be have to be static.

Is this a routine thing to set up?
