I know the feeling. AGT/Telus may be extortionists, but they've got a
very bright bunch of people working for them. Most Canadian telcos will
provide what you ask for if you talk to the right people. Installers are
excellent acquaintances, by the way. Be nice to them, and it will pay off
in dividends *8-)
