I wouldn't trust that as it isn't accurate on one count I am positive on:
The PM-3 is fully digital.

AND, AFAIK, the digital modems in the USR Total Control chassis are also
fully digital. (USR has both analog and digital modem cards, this is
obviously only for the digital cards.)

If you have the contact info for that rep, maybe you could talk to them
and ask them about these issues.

This is a confusing issue...
