We've had a WINS server setup for sometime. I wished it was that simple because
this is a serious problem for us. But thanks for the suggestion. It might be
just the solution for the problem the original person was having. (Sorry,
I've deleted the original message.)

I've found another knowledge base article that describes this problem
(Q150053).
In this particular case, we are using a class B address and the dialup clients
are in the same subnet but using both a network card and the dialup adapter as
described in the article.
