Only one person on this list has reported a problem with 3.3c1

I suspect that the flash on the PM3 needs to be erased before
re-installing ComOS in order to get a error free write. There are some
examples in the manuals on how to erase the flash on a PM2. The PM3 has
more banks that the PM2, though.
