Setting up PM2-30 (fwd)

did you set the secret on the PM? Is the PM in the /raddb/clients file?
Do the secrets in the clients file and the PM match?

When you run 'radiusd -x' do you see requests coming in? If so, are they
being replied to? ACK or NAK? If they are being replied to are you seeing
the replies in ptrace on the PM? Is the address in the replies the same as
the IP the PM send the request to?

That's how I'd start.
