Thanks for pointing this out, Will.

I've seen this statement before (although not necessarily from Megazone)
and at one point thought we had Radius set up wrong. However, even with
assigned addresses, the 'destination negotiated' is always the first of
the three loggings in the sequence during PAP authentication.
