PM-3A-2E: How to switch the altrenate redialing speed to 64Kbps ?

we have a PM-3A-2E (Portmaster 3 with 2xPRI - version for Europe).
The PRI interfaces have hier 30 B-channels (data) and 1 B-channel (control)
64Kbps each. There is no alternate speed of 56Kbps in Germany!

If for some reason the other side did not answer at the first time,
the PM3 tries a new connect with 56Kbps - what can not function at this
speed.

How to switch the alternate redialing speed to 64Kbps or switch it off?

It does not make any sense for Europe!
