We have the same problem. If we softboot it, it says something like
"cell-unit error 0/0..." or so... (the exact message was in this list
just a few days ago) and it tries to boot from network...

Coldboot works fine.

I suspect this has something to do with upgrading the ComOS. Our
ComOS was corrupted, and we had to TFTP a new one. But the "set
register..."
commands in the Configuration Guide didn't work as expected, and there
might be something wrong with the flash RAMīs?

I just hope we donīt have to softboot it, because it wonīt...
