The time! (It takes longer to connect)
What about a primary and alternate connecting speed on per user base?
(maybe with the possible ON/OFF setting for the second alternate speed)
Further It makes any sense for Europe, do not you think so?
We are already paying about 35% more than ISPs in USA and Livingstone
are officially offering e special version for Europe at higher price.
So far I don't see any reason to accept such ... functionality.
