Absolutely!
IMHO, there really isn't much difference between Rockwell, Lucent or USR's 56K implementation. So migrating from one vendor's 56K implementation to the ultimate ITU standard should be a flash upgrade. That is as long as the 56K-based modems support flash. ;-)
