Yes. I believe 1649 is the MCPPP socket.

1642 is in.pmd
1643 are PMutils
1644 I think used to be used for something.
1645 RADIUS auth
1646 RADIUS acct
1647 filterd (ChoiceNet)
1648 doesn't seem to be used (AFAIK)
1649 MCPPP
