So start counter-hyping NOW! Send email to your user base. Put up web
pages. EDUCATE THEM!
USR is counting on this, using your own users against you to strongarm their
way into your system.
Keep in mind the future of the TC is unstable - they are still illegaly
using ComOS after the contract expired. We're still invloved legally
over that.
And note that on their web the upgrades are only free up 'til the end of
this year. After that they start charging.
If you cave in and start supporting X2 with a TC now, you will be stuck with
the TC forver - including the high costs for HW as upgrades come due.
In the long run it isn't worth getting a TC to do X2. You can prevent
the trouble by getting the info to your users NOW, before it is an issue.
