To say I am impressed would be an understatment. This product will be
the one for others to follow. Install was very simple and tech support
has worked out any problems we have had VERY quickly. With the latest
code we are seeing higher average connect rates than we do with the 230 USR
Courier V.everthings we have online.
If you use any other Livingston product, you will have NO problem with
this box. It has alot of nice features to check the status of incoming
calls that are very helpful in troubleshooting customers problems.
We had it in the test mode with only a select group (about 100) having
access and have only had a problem with one user and the latest code. We
are confident enough that we have ordered roll over from our analog lines
to the PRI for overflow!
All in all I am sure we will be buying alot more of these!
I do not think anyone would be making a mistake investing in this product
and it has been VERY appearent that Livingston is commited to supporting
this product.
BTW ExisNet is a VERY conservative company and it was hard for us to
change over from the Couriers/PM's, as they have treated us well and
helped us become the Highest Rated ISP in Virgina. Modem problems are
something that we have never had to deal with. We are VERY concerned
about modem performance and compatibility. I will post again after it
has been turned loose on the mass'es...
