Dial On Demand not disconnecting

I have a new ISDN connection to a customer I have a livingston PM2e with
Mod card running Version 3.3.2.c1

I have a location set up and things work just fine except... It wont time
out. I have idle time set but the sho ses always shos 0 idle time so it
never times out.

The customer tells me no one is using the machines at his end and I am not
using anything at my end to ping or trace him but there is either traffic or
something is wrong

HOW can I verify traffic and or where that traffic is comming from ?
Or is it a bug that I need to upgrade to 3.3.3
